Description

The UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration is a global movement to prevent, halt and reverse the degradation of ecosystems worldwide for the benefit of people and nature. ¹ It runs from 2021 - 2030, which is also the deadline for the Sustainable Development Goals. The UN decade was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in 2019.
