Regenerative agriculture
Description
There is no official definition, but Gosnell et al. (2019) defined regenerative agriculture as a “form of food and fibre production” the focus of which is on “enhancing and restoring holistic, regenerative, resilient systems supported by functional ecosystem processes and healthy, organic soils capable of producing a full suite of ecosystem services, among them soil carbon sequestration and improved soil water retention”. 1
